Put a set of custom built real wood bobbin pickups in your axe!
Enhance the beauty and kick up the tone of your axe with a fresh new set of CS Custom Shop pickups! Wood bobbin pickups have been known to have more color, smoothness, sustain and clarity than their plastic counterparts. These beauties are handcrafted, hand wound and made to order in my small shop in Austin TX.
You can select from a variety of standard available models or email me about custom design options. Choose your wood, magnets and winding preference. Have them wound to traditional specs, at -5% for a cleaner / brighter tone or at +5% for a warmer / punchier midrange tone. If you already know what you like - have them custom wound to your desired DCR!
